Operator finishing (night shift) - English
We are looking for an enthusiastic Machine Operator to join our Finishing Department and help us launch our night shift team.
As a Machine Operator Finishing, you will work with various textile machines such as the washing line, calender, tumbler, and stenter frame. You will be responsible for operating, setting, and monitoring these machines, ensuring that we deliver high-quality textile products.
Previous experience is not required — what matters most is your willingness to learn and passion for textiles. This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly, innovative, and growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and adjust finishing machines independently
Inspect and ensure the quality of processed textiles
Assist with the stenter frame in collaboration with colleagues
Record production data and report any irregularities
Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth production process
What We’re Looking For
No prior experience required – we provide full training
Strong eagerness to learn and genuine interest in textiles
Technical insight or the motivation to develop it
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work in the afternoon shift (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM) during the training period (approximately 6 months), followed by a transition to the night shift
A team player with initiative and a positive attitude
